- Designed a “design studio quote bot” in Zapier’s Chatbot mode that guides clients through their needs, budget, timeline and contact details
- Set firm rules through the system prompt (for example, show a template first, then explain the reasoning behind the quote) and tuned the behavior through real test conversations
- Completed conversations are written to Google Sheets automatically, creating a manageable client-request sheet with the full conversation log
